Stancliffe

Non-Executive Chairman
Peter Stancliffe has over 30 years
experience in general management in extractive industries
and building materials, petroleum, steel, heavy engineering,
energy and telecommunication Cables, both within Australia
and internationally. In 2001 he retired from the position
of Chief Executive Officer of Pirelli Cables Australia
Limited.
Previously,
he was the Managing Director of Australian National
Industries, a $2.5 billion Australian public company.
He spent 26 years with Pioneer International Limited
including 15 years in senior general management in Europe.
He is currently also a non-executive director of Hills
Industries Limited, a non-executive director of Automotive
Holdings Group Limited and Chairman of the Victorian
Regional Executives Group. |

Tim Gooch
[BSc (Hons) Mining Engineering, MAusIMM]
Managing Director
Tim Gooch is a qualifified
mining engineer with over 25 years experience in the
mining industry, having previously worked in gold,
nickel, diamonds, and tin, both within Australia and
internationally. Companies worked for include BGC
Contracting, Jubilee Mines, Ashanti Goldfields and
Australian Resources.
Mr
Gooch has previous experience in the Bronzewing region
as General Manager at Jubilee's Cosmos Nickel Mine
and the Mt
McClure Gold Mine for Australian Resources.

Jeffrey J Gresham
[BSc (Hons) MAusIMM, MAICD]
Non-Executive
Director
Mr Gresham has over 39 years experience in exploration, mining and the corporate functions both in Australia and overseas. During a career spanning 19 years with WMC he held a number of senior corporate and technical positions, most notably Chief Geologist of the Kambalda Nickel Operations between 1981 and 1985 and Executive Vice President Exploration for WMC’s Canadian subsidiary Westminster Canada Ltd between 1988 and 1993. From 1993 to 1997 he was Managing Director of Wiluna Mines Ltd and General Manager Exploration at Homestake Gold of Australia Ltd between 1998 and 2001. He was Managing Director of Titan Resources Ltd from June 2004 until September 2006. |

Trevor Cook

Chief Operating Officer
Trevor Cook has over 25 years experience
in the mining industry. Trevor has managed projects
throughout Australia with exposure to a broad range
of commodities, gold, nickel, tantalum, mineral sands,
iron ore, coal, manganese, chromite and diamonds.
Trevor
began his career with Bell Basic Industries in the
quarrying division and has subsequently held positions
with Civils Australia, Ashton Gold, MacMahon Contracting
and more recently as Mining Operations Manager for
BGC Contracting and General Manager Operations for
Consolidated Minerals Ltd.

Terry
Peachey
[BSc (Hons) MAIG]
Chief Geologist
Terry is a qualified geologist with
over 25 years industry experience in gold and base metal
exploration and is a member of the Australian Institute
of Geoscientists. His industry experience includes senior
exploration roles at Delta Gold, where he was extensively
involved in the discovery and delineation of the Kanowna
Belle deposit and with Homestake Gold of Australia.
Terry
operated his own geological consultancy business, prior
to joining View Resources in late 2004. His role at
View Resources is to manage exploration and geological
practices on existing projects and to assist in the
assessment of potential new acquisition opportunities. |

Bob Colson

Mining Manager - Bronzewing
Bob is a mining engineer with over 35 years experience in the mining industry with 15 years in senior roles in underground and open cut operations in gold, and base metals.
He has experience in all aspects of project work including feasibility studies, mine startup and operations management.
Bob was previously Quarry Manager for HWE Mining at Area C, Mine Manager for Mincor at Miitel and Underground Manager at Gidgee Gold Mine for Legend Mining and Abelle Limited. |
